He gets a resettlement grant, then a pension when he's 55, if of course, the Navy is the same as the Army. It is public service, so you could say it's subsidised, I'd defy anyone on here to say that Squadies don't deserve it though!i

You do realise, we contribute to this pension throughout our careers, like in any other job!
