And after extolling the virtues of how brilliantly Brighton have gone about things the last few years, the journo asked him if Southampton were following that model, and Russ replied: "No, we're doing things very differently... we're doing things our way".... (paraphrased) Yeah, what a bizarre question from the journo there... why on Earth would we want to emululate the way a successful club does stuff? Utter madness...
