They are falling foul of English consumer law if they start putting restrictions on refunds. Customers are entitled to a refund within a 'reasonable' timeframe, not an arbitrarily short timeframe determined by the retailer.

Look, I know you mean well but please can you pack up your pragmatism and take it elsewhere. It's simply not in keeping with the perceived alternative wisdom on here.
