No, not a new Cliff Michlemore TV programme but an ideas repository for where to go for our summer holidays next year. I've got a fairly loose budget - somewhere between £3k and £5k all in. The Trousers family comprises two relatively responsible adults and two children who will be age 11 and 14. None of us can agree on where to go apart from 'it needs to be somewhere warm please Daddy' (we did Wales this year - nuff said) Any ideas?

Anyway....where were all the ITK rumours about this over the last 24 hours...? ;-)

Were they tongue-in-cheek boos (I.e. A few tanked up lads having a laugh) or genuine heartfelt boos from rational fans?

Aren't his qualities more about breaking down opposition attacks in midfield before they reach our defence and then creating counter attacks?. That sort of player isn't going to get bucket load of goals and assists but it's what we've been missing

So, the only months a lower league club can't get a new player in (one way or another) is December and April (give or take a week or so). Sort of makes a mockery of the transfer window doesn't it? Why do the FL/FA bother have windows at all at this level??

I wouldn't start with Lallana (unless he's 100%) but would bring him on earlier than the last 20 mins - probably at the start of the second half if we're not in the lead by then. I'd rather he make an impact with time to spare, even if that means having to take him off again towards the end.

I love Cortese and so does my wife.

I suspect we don't charge for beer, wine, babysham, etc, but probably draw the line at the opposition's management team relieving the club bar of it's stock of Krug Clos Du Mesnil 1995
