A different guest Hampshire brewery setting up a pitch in each concourse every home game would be superb. These breweries are easily geared up for this sort of thing as they're always at beer festivals, real ale trains, fetes etc. Liebherr did say in his press statement that he wanted to re-engage the local community and what better way to do that than over a pint of local beer. Good for SFC, good for local industry. Win - win. Perhaps we need a fan's parliament to push these ideas through....

True. Fair point. That is indeed a tad harsh on the fella. (although getting a years wages for 7 days work isn't a bad cushion, especially when he will obviously walk into another job due to his repertoire...let me know if I start sounding too much like SaintRobbie though....)

I agree, but we all know that the 'events' of the last 6 months will be swept under the carpet, just like they were when our share price was artifically hiked in May 2007 by supposedly 'bogus' interest from Paul Allen. They are all part of the same 'old boys network' and the truth will never be aired. IMHO of course

Wotte was on the TV two hours before ghe was sacked that all was tickety-boo. What people say to the media and what is reality are often quite disparate.

He had a year and was brought in BECAUSE we had no money - that was supposed to be his forte - achieving success with very little resource

Our new regime is looking at this with a business head rather than with a political or sentimental head. Very refreshing IMHO.
