So far this season, our win percentage when Theo has played is 35%, compared to 31% when he hasn't. And our lose percentage is 40% when he's played and 56% when he hasn't. Ergo, more asset than liability.

How come Lord D hasn't graced us with his superior intellect and decreed this thread as 'pony' yet...?

Depends how widespread the 'long covid' affects are I guess? My sister-in-law had mild symptoms when she contracted Covid but now, some 6 months later, gets out of breath when going out for a walk (for example). In other words, less people ending up in hospital isn't necessarily a green flag for letting transmission rip...

When I was a lino for my son's team I used to get a certain amount of satisfaction from 'accidentally' clattering into anyone who stood too close to the line. They tended to stand well back thereafter....

Ralph will probably stick with 4-2-2-2 (albeit with some fluidity) but I'd go for a 3-4-1-2 given our left-back 'dilemma'... seems a better fit for the players at our disposal (?) --------------- Forster -------------- Stephens ---- Vestergaard ---- Salisu KWP --- JWP --- Romeu --- Redmond ------------- Armstrong -------------- ------ Adams ----------- Ings -------
-
Could easily be either as, yes, I suspect Ralph would make an exception for someone of Ings' quality / importance

Fair dos (I didn't watch the Liverpool game so first time I saw it in action tonight)

Welcome back Sidney darling. You missed a good game after switching off after 3 minutes...

I know I'm in conspiracy territory but it smacks of there being something contractural about it. Was the obvious sub to me.

Yep, I posted about that during the game. Good to see some flexibility/fluidity
