Yep, agree. I feel most managers would be more coy / guarded about such a player coming into the side, but you could tell from his demeanor that he's excited about the prospect of Romeu playing. So, yes, based on that reaction, it wouldn't surprise me if Romeu started.

He's ill rather than injured so fingers crossed it's a short term illness. But, as you say, could also be a case of mind games....
