I became good friends with Saint David and Saintlee outside of the confines of this forum. Two decent chaps who got innocently caught up in the whirlwind of the takeover days IMO. I know their intentions were always sincere, no matter how people might want to judge those who played a part in the soap opera. One thing's for sure, they were certainly interesting times!

And then all moan again when they want to up sticks in two years time...

Whilst I consider this to be a harsh decision, all things considered, it does however 'feel' right given that he'd obviously lost the support of a significant proportion of the fanbase and, if the rumours are true, some of the dressing room too. Can we (legally) withdraw our Article 50 declaration? I seem to recall discussions on this in the media a while back and I think the conclusion was that it wasn't clear cut what was possible. If it is possible to withdraw our intent to leave, then that would buy us as much time as we need to sort ourselves out.

Doesn't that partially assume that a significant number of people don't change their political outlook as they get older?
