They do like their draws down tinpot way. They still rave about the 2-2 at St.Mary's a few seasons back. You know.... that game where we picked up a point that contributed to our promotion and where they dropped 2 points that contributed to their relegation. Not the sharpest tools in the box.

Yep, sad to see but true IMO. I've been giving JRod the benefit of the doubt up to now but last night he was so devoid of self-assurance it was painful to watch at times. And I agree, Austin's presence and general nuisance factor contributed to us turning around the game.

Anyone know why VvD and Yoshida swapped positions for about 10 minutes in the first half? I guessed that perhaps Virgil thought he would provide better cover for Martina on that side. It seemed to me like they made a conscious effort to switch rather than just finding themselves out of position for a while. Just a curiosity.

The government will appeal against the ruling at the Supreme Court. If that fails, I suppose they can then take it to the European Court of Justice which, pre-Brexit, trumps UK courts.... oh....

I'm sure the c.0.07℅ of Saints supporters that hold that opinion are indeed delighted...
