So when you said... 'let him test himself in a competitive league' it was meaningless to use competitive... because that term could be applied to him being loaned to literally any league he is eligible to play in! Including playing as an overage player in our under 23 team. 🙄

They know that will be the case at every club and that it will soon be a market they don't even have for adult shirts. If Saints gave the option for no sponsor it is hard to see nany if any replica shirts being sold at all. Of course the main benefit to a sponsor is having their logo on player shirts during games on TV across the world, but the replica shirt market opens it up for many thousands of mini billboards for them for brand exposure.

Finding a sponsor willing to accept their logo would not be featuring on a large % of replica shirts would be a very hard task for the club’s commercial department!

The club (and most other clubs) have shown no previous indication of signing 25 year olds and instantly loaning them out before to not benefit the club in the upcoming season. He isn't a player who looks to be considered in high regard or of high potential, so I struggle to see the purpose of signing him. Perhaps Sport Republic are buying Le Harve and this is all to benefit them! 🤔😁

Why judge new owners based on the experience of old owners? 🤔 Judging them on their own merits is fairer. Let's wait and see what they do.
