Make the play offs this season or league 1 champions next season.
Matthew Le God replied to bjk's topic in The Saints
You are a bit confused. The two aren't mutually exclusive! If Saints lose a League One playoff final then they can still win League One the next season. -

Are Leicester looking like mid table team in the Championship after promotion from League One? 5th place after 33 games. Would Saints spend more than Leicester in the summer if promoted? Based on spending so far I'd say that is very likely If we used your logic of if Saints went up they'd have to consolidate in 2010/11 season in the Championship then I assume you mean go for promotion in 2011/12. If Saints go up next season instead then it delays the promotion push to the Championship for a year. -

Which makes no sense as contradicts your opening statement. You are arguing against yourself. -

This is a no brainer. You ask which would you prefer, so of course everyone should say play offs this season. Please explain why you would rather Saints not be promoted this season? -
It wasn't really a prediction was it!? He didn't say Saints would win 5-0, he said to help with goal difference a 5-0 win would help. There is a big difference between the two!

You can't compare AFC Wimbledon or FC United of Manchester with AFC Portsmouth. Both of the former are protest clubs and MK Dons and Manchester United still exist. AFC Portsmouth is not a protest club. Rules state that a phoenix club only has to start two leagues lower. So is possible League Two, but more likely Conference Premier. Southampton last summer were in going to reform in the Conference Premier according to league representatives if they folded. Pompey fan groups have already been in discussion with the Conference should the worst happen.

Because his dad is famous (played 8 times for England) and we know his surname is Chamberlain.

Just to remind people, Brett Omerod at the age of 33 is still playing and scoring in the league above Saints for the 8th place team in the Championship...

Dreamland Also I'd like to see how they get £5m for a player on loan.

No online sales for "2nd period" Wembley tickets!!
Matthew Le God replied to Macey_J2's topic in The Saints
Well if season ticket holders could get 3 tickets in the 1st period that could potentially mean roughly 40,000 of the 44,000 tickets could be gone. 13,500 ST holders X 3 -
How many of our players are CCC standard ?
Matthew Le God replied to alpine_saint's topic in The Saints
Pompey are basically a Championship club though. -

That isn't my doing. The head of English research does team reputations. I always thought that the game took into account points deductions, it seems like it may not. -

Probably quite easy being Saints now with the current squad from the beginning of the season. But I'd expect Mr Pardew would also find it easier if he had Puncheon, Fonte, Barnard etc in August. -

For best results you should start a new game, however it is save game compatible. -

I made so many changes to the players it would take me ages to list them. I may get round to a brief summary at some point soon. Obviously Barnard, Puncheon, Fonte, Seaborne and Otsemobor are now at the club and I have also made changes to the backroom staff. Most significant change is that Markus Liebherr is now a foreground sugar daddy. This may result in him investing loads into the team as you progress. Obviously it is hard to tell what his plans are in real life but that can be said of every football team owner. -

You shouldn't need to put it anywhere in particular. It should find the game and update it when installed. -
