What are you basing that on? For example it was a Pardew tactic on Tuesday to play Papa behind Lambert and Barnard. When that didn't work Papa went out wide and stayed wide. It isn't Papa that goes inside it is the tactics Pardew tells him.

That is only for foreign clubs. Domestic clubs can only do that within last 6 weeks of the contract I think.

Not going to be happen but what would be awesome is if Pompey fans do put together this appeal and succeed.
