  1. I hope they replace the excited of a match by announcing 3 signings on the OS on Saturday. At 3pm a centre back At 3.45 a striker At 4.45 a midfielder
  2. Just like when the Master became Harold Saxon in Doctor Who
  3. Well it would be hard to get alot more than 25,000 when Carrow Road is 26,000 in capacity.
  4. This won't go down well.
  5. Heard it from whom?
  6. That isn't what you implied with the bit you bolded.
  7. I've never written anything on footballrumours.co.uk If you are going to insult me at least get it right
  8. No, just in a bad mood and easily annoyed by people asking questions they could find the answer to on Google, thinking Wikipedia is gospel and thinking rumours from sites like footballrumours.co.uk are true even though anyone can write any rubbish they wish on there. Bah Humbug!
  9. No if you actually look that section says "related articles". It is using Huddersfield as a key word. Nothing wrong with that at all as that is what it is meant to do. Some may want to look back at articles last time we played and that is the type of thing that section of the new page is designed to do. There is a separate section for "latest news".
  10. With only 5th and 6th spots catchable for Saints this game is huge! Huddersfield are currently in 5th and like 6th Swindon have a game in hand(2 for Swindon) and 10 points infront. Lose/draw it and extremely unlikely to make the playoffs. Win and a reasonable chance remains although would still be tough.
  11. He was widely reported to be on 40k at Man City. That is a big drop to what Lambert is on.
  12. http://www.theargus.co.uk/sport/argusgeneralsportsnews/4832614.Reds_turn_down_another_Ademeno_offer/ This links us to him.
  13. Walsall and MK Dons made bids according to this today... http://www.crawleyobserver.co.uk/sport/Two-clubs-bid-for-Charlie.5959201.jp
  14. Irrelevant whether he has been paid or not. What it shows is that he would only agree to a large wage in the first place and would be looking for a similar deal elsewhere. He is likely to be on at the very least 3 times that of Lambert.
  15. That is irrelevant. Bristol Rovers and Yeovil are closest to a derby game in League One for Exeter. Southampton would be next and hence why it was a Boxing day game(FL like close matches on boxing day) For Luton although it is closer than Exeter there are alot more clubs closer to it(London etc) than Southampton.
  16. No. A 5 second look at the OS would tell you that
  17. It is just a random rumour on a website where anyone in the world can post a rumour. I could go on there now and say Ronaldo was coming to Saints. I could even claim to be SparkySaint. Would you then make a thread about that?
  18. He is on a huge wage.
  19. Why is it a huge gamble taking a young player with low wages on loan?
  20. My god some Carlisle fans are stupid. Have they not realised that something may have changed from when Saints were in administration which means they have the funds to buy players for £1m? i.e. a takeover from a billionaire He states Saints spent £1m yet thinks they are poor.
  21. If he is PM'ing people he clearly doesn't mind if others know. So someone that has it can you post it in this thread please or PM me.
  22. Or just post it on here someone.
  23. How do you know that Pericard is the only striker to be signed? Would you be happy if Saints signed Pericard as backup for Lamber AND Lee Barnard to challenge with David Connolly for the 2nd striker role by the end of January? So 4 strikers of Lambert and Pericard as target men. Connolly and Barnard for the second striker role. Would be awesome for both this league and good if promoted. Patience is a virtue Glasgow Saint, wait to see the full picture of Pardew's Jan plans.
  24. Jackson and Lambert are completely different types of striker. Pericard would be backup for Lambert. Connolly is the 2nd striker when playing 442. Waigo and Lallana are other options. Maybe buying someone like Simeon Jackson or Lee Barnard would be good to compete for this role. That "could" still happen this window, no-one knows. As I said if Lambert gets injured now, Saints will have to change the stye of play. If Pericard is signed they won't.
