  1. Strawberry version is out now, I'm just trying to find the best link to it and will post it in the opening post.
  2. PC DEMO = http://www.fileplay.net/file/6432/football-manager-2010-gold-demo-pc MAC DEMO = http://www.fileplay.net/file/6433/football-manager-2010-gold-demo-mac Quickstarts for the following countries: Brazil, Denmark, England, France, Italy, Northern Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and Wales Language packs: Danish, Dutch, English, French, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish Full assets: including player pictures, club logos, competition logos, etc for where we have the license. Full pitch textures, stadiums and sounds.
  3. There will be two versions. 1) A "vanilla demo" which will be much smaller in size and have a small database from a few league and have no club logos, kits etc. 2) A "strawberry demo" which will be around 1MB and have lots of the images, player photo, kits, comp logos etc with a quickstart database. Both have quickstart databases which will mean that they are basically the same savegame each time you start a demo game (eg manager shortlist etc will be the same). They have all the features of the full game but are restricted to half a season. You can also continue your demo savegame into the full game. However as the database is restricted it would probably be better to start again with the full game.
  4. Football Manager 2010 has the real fixture lists licensed for these leagues. So if you manage Southampton your first league game will be against Millwall at St. Mary's. Leagues that SEGA have brought the rights to the fixture lists are... English Championship English League One English League Two Blue Square North Blue Square South Blue Square Premier SPL MLS Portuguese First Division K-League Welsh Premier League French First Division For all other league you can now use the editor to create real life fixture lists yourself or download the ones other people have created for the Premiership etc. Oh...and the demo is out very soon
  5. We don't need to be in the play offs after 24 games. We need to be in the play offs after 46 games.
  6. You clearly have no idea if you think it is an achievement for this squad to stay up. We have the biggest wage bill in the league and have spent 5 times more than any other team this summer. Have the 3rd highest average attendance. Basically we should be still aiming for a play off spot. Our squad is in the top 3 if not the best in the league and should be getting around 90 points (or 80 including the points deduction).
  7. Only briefly and came back.
  8. Poor Alan all alone watching the game
  9. Hasn't been confirmed yet, but I reckon by the end of the week. Perhaps earlier than Friday but just a personal guess.
  10. System specs for FM10 are the same as FM09's... Nvidia FX 5900 Ultra or greater; ATI Radeon 9800 or greater; Intel 82915G/82910GL or greater. Earlier cards may only display 2D Match Viewer Mode and are not supported. Laptop versions of these chipsets may work but are not supported. Mac Intel Processor, OS X 10.5, NVidia Geforce 7300 GT / ATI X1600 Radeon Please note, if you system doesn't meet the requirements, the game may work, but SEGA do not offer support on these machines. Best bet is to try the demo if you fall into that category. 11. Our squad is far too bloated atm as Pardew rightly states. Loaning out players to whichever clubs want them is the only way you can do things until January so deals like this make sense. Gillett if he stayed wouldn't get much in the way of football and will demotivate him more. It would be very hard to have good training sessions with over 30 senior players so the numbers have to drop asap.
  12. MK Dons on loan for a month. His brother also plays for them.
  13. This could go on forever
  14. People that believe in the Sky curse are idiots
  15. The attendance will be much smaller now
  16. That is the date they are aiming for, so not definite.
  17. Wally Downes is not Southampton no.2 Dean Wilkins is the assistant manager
  18. 3 minute long video snippet http://www.skysports.com/video/inline/0,26691,12606_5622563,00.html
  19. They won their first 6 or 7 games which helped.
  20. The money from those deals were used to pay for debts before the takeover happened, not this summers spending and all the things thedelldays lists in the post above. Takeover happened on 8th July McGoldrick left 29th June and Surman 1st July
  21. We have spent about 5 times more than any other League One team this summer.
  22. Put it on an image share website like photobucket or imageshack and provide a link to it.
  23. Do you realise that would mean we would only get another 40 or so points from 34 games? We have one of the best squads in the league so that would not be an achievement for the biggest spenders in League one who have the 3rd largest average attendance. 8th or 9th is the very minimum I want from Pardew and is very achievable imo
  24. I think this is looking more likely. http://www.bucksfreepress.co.uk/news/4675614.Gorman_tipped_for_Blues_return/
  25. As he signed a 3 year deal very recently the compensation figure would be quite large for Wycombe. Unless he has a manager job release clause.
