It's like Blue Peter does football.

Well all 3 goals for Saints today came from 442
-
Some people here clearly not paying attention to how we play It has been in recent games like this... Davis James Jaidi Trotman Harding Wotton Hammond Schneiderlin Papa Waigo Lallana Lambert
-
Harding is a great signing in League One. But Wayne Bridge and Gareth Bale were better left backs for Saints.

I think you'll find pretty much every football league team uses that type of club website from the same company. Is it really worth starting a thread about it though?

Football Manager 2010 DEMO OUT NOW
Matthew Le God replied to Matthew Le God's topic in Computer Games
I don't know ask him why he made the mock up, maybe he wants a job with SI/SEGA. -
For the first time in years(perhaps ever) its possible to make a good case for every signing Lambert or Papa Waigo are most "impressive" in terms of a statement signing. But I have also been impressed with all the others.

As he said when he posted it - he made it on photoshop. It is not FM10 it is a mockup he did on an art program. -

Matthew Le God replied to Matthew Le God's topic in Computer Games
You can get FM10 for under £18 Like you say, of course they are always going to be similar and there is only so much you can do in 1 years development time. Most games in other genres are in development for 3/4 years. -

Football Manager 2010 DEMO OUT NOW
Matthew Le God replied to Matthew Le God's topic in Computer Games
No I didn't. I agree with you that Jones is low down on the list compared to the others and its easy to question the ones low down on it. I used him because he was a popular manager in Saints recent history and is in the database still. -
Football Manager 2010 DEMO OUT NOW
Matthew Le God replied to Matthew Le God's topic in Computer Games
Because since 1991 Jones and Strachan are the most popular managers of the club out of the 16 managers we have had in that time. -

What does that have to do with him being a fan favourite? You are looking at it from the wrong way round. If we want to go into who is being pedantic, you are the one that brought up that one of the 30 people I choose to be fans favourites shouldn't be one. -
Football Manager 2010 DEMO OUT NOW
Matthew Le God replied to Matthew Le God's topic in Computer Games
Not really because you said "legend". There is a big difference between "legend", "icon" and "favourite personnel" on the game so your point really not valid at all -

Football Manager 2010 DEMO OUT NOW
Matthew Le God replied to Matthew Le God's topic in Computer Games
The strawberry demo only has about 8 nations with playable leagues compared to over 50 on the full game. The demo game is a "quickstart" game which is basically a savegame on a small database. As it is a "savegame" it means things like computer manager shortlists and PA's for players are the same each time you start a demo game. On the full game this will not be the case and you can have a far bigger player database. -

Vanilla is a very simple version of the demo. It does not have many leagues, no club badges, player photos etc etc. Strawberry is the glossy and nice version with all included. -
For expats - viewing highlights in the EU
Matthew Le God replied to alpine_saint's topic in The Saints
Get Saints player for £40 and you get extended highlights normally between 6 and 12 minutes, interviews during the week and the occasional full 90 mins game (Torquay game and Under 18's vs Man Utd). £40 on Saints player is much cheaper than the license fee so stop complaining
