They wanted to loot a TV or some trainers, wanted a fight or to set a building on fire. Same probably applies today to some of those at Old Trafford. They just wanted to be involved in some chaos.

My post did not say there was no reason for the protest. I said there were lots of different reasons. Not everyone was there for the same reason.

Protests don't really have 'exact reasons'. Individuals attending them can have varying reasons for being there. Today some wanted the owners out, some wanted to protest the Super League shambles, some wanted the thrill of being in the stadium and some wanted the chaos and stealing corner flag and kicking a ball on the pitch.
