Already done with Johannes Spors as technical director. He is overseeing recruitment and football philosophy. Different clubs allocate different duties to technical directors/directors of football , they arent always like for like. With Spors joining I think that issue is now potentially resolved.

That isn't true. He left Vitesse a long time ago, in 2021. His last full season with them... they finished 4th!
