I'm not entirely sure what you mean? Surely that isn't really praying then in the true definition of the word?
I see no reason why a completely unsubstantiated practise that gives false hope can't be mocked. Many children around the world have died of curable conditions because their parents refused medical treatment that would have otherwise made their children better but instead decided to pray to "God".
Of course it is hard not to have sympathy for the lad. But an instruction/order to pray in the thread title? Really?
Why won't God heal amputees that you pray for?
- Danny Butterfield has played 350 Championship games
- Dan Harding and Frazer Richardson both have played nearly 100 Championship games
- Joseph Mills is currently playing as a regular in the Championship
- Ryan Dickson, although little in the way of experience at Championship, he has done little wrong and has potential

Would you say the same if Saints were level on points with Huddersfield and it was Huddersfield that had two games in hand and a better goal difference of +15?
A swing doesn't need to be all one way. Saints goal difference getting worse by 7 goals in 7 games and Hudderfield's getting better by 8 goals in 5 games, leads to a 15 goal swing. So Huddersfield don't as you say need to improve their goal difference by 15 goals to overtake in that eventuality.
(not that this matters as Saints should do it on points anyway )
Well, that isn't correct. Saints can still miss out on promotion if they get 15 points and if Huddersfield get 15 points along with a goal difference swing. So it is not 100%.
Mathematically Saints need 16 more points to guarantee promotion as things stand tonight.
