May have been me and the lads in front, Row U and some a few rows back were singing it too. It's our best song for a long time (all be it copied from Torres) and if everybody can give it a good airing in the next two home games and at Carlisle we could have it going all around the ground in no time!
-
Has to be the one we've all known it to be since Swindon etc, it needs to catch on properly away for the home crowd to start singing it. And with every away game we have it's getting there, Charlton it got going but because everybody didn't know it a different soong started, but we'll get there eventually

No PS3 demo yet though
-
Any ideas on demo date as Fifa is now out and about?
-
Played a few games, agreed it's better than last year and through balls are perfect but all the players running in exactly the same motion is a bit weird. Admittedly it's an older version but still, and creating an opening with Barcelona is harder than it should be, Messi was getting caught in a sprint which hardly ever happens, and he doesn't glide on the pitch as all the players run the same. Petr Cech only 68 overall rating? Since when was Ross Turnbull better than Cech? Might be a bit picky but things I certainly hope they improve before release

Am looking forward to seeing her, if she still works there of course!

Where's the demo? Thought it was today?

haha brilliant but he plays the right wing and he plays the striker? Don't we need a thread for his song like lambert now?

Live Deadline Day Transfer Rumours from Daily Echo

Why would Agogo be joining when he only signed for his club at the start of August? -
Thought Hammond was much improved from the Brentford game, where he was a little anonymous but on Saturday he was much better. Solid, reads the game and can pass well, organises well and put in a few meaty tackles. Certainly the type of player we need and him and James looked very solid in midfield until we start to sit off near the end and there wasn't enough closing
-
Agree with what has been said, Mellis the weakest we had. James and Hammond did well as did Lambert, Lallana and Thomas but MOM was Trotman he won absolutely everything in the air! Should have put the game to bed well before the penalty but it's our own fault yet again!
-
Going back to the thread, wasn't the second goal a short corner which we took ages to set up on? Meaning it was everybodys fault they wwern't switched on rather than just being Gillett's fault because he should have been on Carsely, somebody should have closed on him, but they could have laid it to 3-4 others who were open because we were standing around watching?
-
Thomas' pass led to the ball being given away by Gillett for the goal, and to say his passing was awful, he knocked an absolutely beautiful half volley pass to lallana's feet from about 25 yards without looking where Lallana was at one point. To be fair Wotton had one of his better games but I'd like to see him attempt that pass and achieve it anywhere near as well as Gillett did. Harsh criticism
-
Have to agree with this, they are looking great down the left. Harding is starting to overlap now and put in some terrific crosses first half especially, whilst Lallana did slide in their when Harding chased the gk down. Lallana seems to be finding his feet on that side, and had his best game in a long while today. Harding is proving to be such a solid signing on a free transfer, just as Murty was on the right, hope he isn't out for long.

O.S says knee ligament damage, looking like months from that
-
Think he is back doing some light running at the moment, so mid-September is not looking too far off for him and I think he would be a perfect option from the bench if not to chase Lamberts flick ons

Championship Manager - cheap as chips.

I understand the 1-20 system scrapping now but still don't like it. With regards to searching, FM seems to be easier to search for certain things, having all the boxes and things to tick doesn't work for me like FM. So I must have been playing FM too long. Might buy it anyway, had Saints doing alright because of the set peice glitch but back to Fm for now -

I've just downloaded the demo and I think it's terrible! It's confusing what to do as a newcomer, searching for players and having stats out of 100 is not as easy to tell as in FM. As a regular FM player it is so much easier on the eye and layout means such easier navigation through screens which this just doesn't have. Ok the 3d pitch might be a bit better but overall I think it's not even worth the £2.51 you could pay for it -
Doesn't show the better Lambert freekick or Gobern's miss but look at the amount of saves Kelvin made from free headers, F**k me were bad!
-
I've seen the first three competitive games of this season and he has to be one of the poorest players we have, he gives 100% and will always do that, but in terms of ability he is severely lacking. He has no pace to chase back, evident in his cynical trip on Saturday that earnt him a yellow card, he looks scared when he gets the ball and doesn't know what to do with it, which has happened in all three games now, and he can't pass, he just either hoofs the ball forward into an empty gap or gets it stolen off him! I'm not saying he's useless because I think his talking to the team from the centre of the park is important and he helps get the players going, but if this could be done by somebody with any sort of talent he would look like Steven Gerrard in comparison with Wotton at the moment!

Rasiak was rubbish, he won 2 headers all afternoon, got pushed off the ball every time it went near him and was offside more times than Leon Best used to be! The freekick at the end summed it up when he calls for it, we watch him walk offside, challenges, loses the header but is a good yard or two offside, when all he had to do was look across as we could see it in the stand! -
Have to agree to this one, Gillett might be the worlds greatest but at least he can run and harry people, and doesn't look scared every time he gets the ball which is what we missed today, Morgan needs to float imo and needs somebody like Gillett around him to go biting at ankles of the opposition and force them into mistakes!
-
That was me and my group, we tried slowing it down and I think the second half of the song was easier to catch onto, and alot of people joined the nananana bit, it will definitely take off Tuesday, after a few slow renditions, but I agree, it sounds class when sung!

Shocking! Wotton wouldnt get in to Afc Totton, Rasiask doesn't jump or have any strength, and Perry was wrongside more than once but why we brought Lancashire on I don't know! Man of the match was Kelvin yet again, save of the season in the first half! On a brighter note the Lambert song got a decent airing, I tried my best!
