Was Oxlade-Chamberlain, one of the brightest if you believe the reports, been training with theirt tea, bags of pace and likes to take the defender on. To be fair, the point made above about Pulis etc playing being a hinderance I can see to some aspect it's only going to hold back the young lads who will still be here next year when they probably won't be.
