Same old same old - happens every season at the start. I know more than a few of my mates (all regulars) that are away on holiday right now.

NA knows all you have said he needs to do. Do you really think he doesn't? Feck me we were playing one of the best teams in the world so lets face it most teams and Managers know they need to improve when using City as the bench mark.

Pleased with that (if you can be pleased with a loss). Thought we rode our luck at times but didn't look to bad in fact I think we gave them a bit of a scare. JWP will be a name to watch methinks. Thought Fonte looked the best of the CB's but Jos wasn't that far behind (penalty aside). Kelvin worries me a bit at times. Jay Rod huffed and puffed a bit. AL looked a bit rusty but only a little. SRL quality as always. Support sounded good and NA comes through his first prem game with a few plaudits and rightly so. Bring on Wigan.

You treat contracts with anyone with scant regard and send out a message to all other teams that quite frankly stinks. As to the PST - lol the business plan has more holes in it than a Tetley tea bag and if you cannot see that then no wonder your in the state you are. You lot need to think about humility not about pariahs and outcasts.

Happy with this one. Hope a couple of CB's are to follow. As to the constant comparisons with Norwich & Swansea yes, its a bit tedious but that is all there is to go on (or cling to if thats your view). Me I'll wait until the end of the season before I start that malarky.

Laugh long and loud - you'll be crying when you finally realise that its just a stay of execution - don't forget your still on death row. How the FL have even allowed them to start the season beggars belief - lets not forget that they are starting in admin with the only potential "buyers" being the PST who's business case has more holes than a Tetley's tea bag. Can they see out the season - highly unlikely is my view (well unless a white knight on a white horse comes galloping over the horizon).

Thats roughly how I see it. BC will only put in the absolute bare minimum - whether he throws the PST the carcass is the bit that's open to debate.

All well and good but the "if" gives me the feeling you are not sure yourself? I think the trust will just lurch along and finally go back into admin. You lot will then have to go through this again - a lot of your lot will give up going (as they already have) and you will not come out of the next one. In one way its quite sad to see after all if your club were a dog it would have been put down for humane reasons a long time ago. If I were you I'd give it up TBH - start a pheonix club - one that all of pompey can get behind instead of battering them into submission by constant admins etc etc.
