We are not charged with gaining an advantage we are charged with observing our opponents first team within 72 hours of the game. Advantage/no advantage is irrelevant. It’s like being done for supplying drugs - most people use the “but I didn’t charge anything for them just passed them on to my mate” defence. What they have just done is admitted to the charge - there is no mention of payment or in fact material gain. Just supplying. by saying no advantage had been gained in effect provides admission to the charge of Observing.

They are not a party to the hearing - just us and the EFL. If anything came via them then someone at the hearing had told them which I’m sure is not allowed

Personally think it’s got the potential to be a cracking game of football. Think we should gave enough assuming all are fit and we handle mcbernie well. They are dangerous on the break and they will get an opportunity through the game. We will want to dominate the ball and play in their half in the main or try to drag them out to get in behind - we are more than capable of both.

Sorry if already asked but Regarding the 72 hours - when does the click start? Is it 72 hours before kick off or 72 hours before the day of the match?

I thought the club house/hotel was virtually behind him? the picture is taken from virtually in front of the subject -appreciate it could of been from a distance but still. not trying to start a conspiracy theory just honestly think it looks a bit weird

Mitigating evidence is the way here.

They would be fools not to have done some kind of risk assessment based on potential outcomes of the disciplinary hearing you would have thought but this is the EFL.

Which they have within the allotted timeframe.
