Orsic was a case in point against Ncastle, he looked like he didn’t know what to do ( an experienced pro) so got stuck in no man’s land. I’m prepared to give him (esp) and NJ more time but tbh if it’s not a more measured and assured display against Blackpool (it bloody well should be) then I’m afraid he will need to go. Aggression is one thing blind aggression is another.
