Excellent getting Jaidi in (IF we get him in) I think with him playing, two or three of the draws we've had would have been wins as we were leading the games and just needed the experience and brick sh1thouse at the back to ensure we see the games out. Now when the loan window opens maybe we just need a pacey winger and a striker and we're sorted. We should be pretty strong I reckon and hopefully we'll see a string of wins and be out of the minus points buy the end of the month, hopefully we'll be on about +3. Still a lot of hard work ahead though and we just have to be patient, going to be a couple of months before we see ourselves overtaking other teams, but we have 41 games to go yet with a possible 123 points up for grabs. Looking forward to Saturday now this stupid window is over!

If he's motivated at Reading, and I reckon he will be, he could bang in the goals to get them to the playoffs I reckon. Decent player, heart not with Saints, good deal all round.

If we keep Saga, and I hope we do as come the end of the window he may aswell realise he's staying with us, then I would like another striker aswell. A definate defender, either centre back or right back, and a pacy winger. All of them top quality players aswell, not asking for much!

What I saw was when Murty went down and the ball went away Carsley stamped on his knee as he went past. In the second half it seemed that Birmingham had decided to come out playing dirty and underhand knowing that the ref was useless and wouldn't come down on them.

The ex wife's second cousin is married to Murty and a few years ago my old in laws had dinner with him and his wife up at his house. Apparently he was a great bloke, very nice and humble. He also told them that we tried to sign him about 6 years ago but reading weren't listening.

The club didn't say he'd passed his medical. Don't put all your faith into rumours, even if the paper writes them. I don't believe anything until the club themselves say it. I wouldn't be surprised if Pardew is trying to get another player in and then there might be a press conference unveiling Jaidi and An Other by the end of the week.

From having nearly no team at all to having a billionaire in charge and proven manager (charlton aside, was curbs baby anyway) in Pardew, I'm very happy! We're league 1 on -10 points! Pardew is a brilliant signing for manager, people who think otherwise forget where we were heading before the swiss rolled into town!
