Well, nothing special. Saw the nurse as all doctors appointments were booked until about 3.10pm, which was useless to me. She said basically she can't do anything about a referral until a doctor has a look at it, so i'm going to try for another appointment tomorrow with an actual doctor, who will then hopefully refer me to a specialist/physio. Whew.

King Tubby is f*cking sick, i'm properly into dub at the moment, getting ready for the summer. I've got Prince Jammy's album 'Destroys The Space Invaders' on almost constant repeat at the moment, it's amazing. Anyone you'd recommend that I haven't heard of?

I love League One, i'm actually glad we're here for another season because the matches are much more fun than Prem ones where you pay £30 for a ticket to watch some overpaid, foreign primadonnas falling over themselves and screaming at the referee. Much more fun to witness the 'bare knuckle boxing' style of the Paul Wotton types making crunching tackles and thumping headers (even though Wotton does neither of those things!). As for Inigo, i'm very happy he's signing for us. I feel that with him at RB we're pretty much sorted for a title-winning team for next season, and i'm certainly looking forward to seeing the lads lift the trophy at SMS (as well as the FA Cup, League Cup and JPT!). Roll on next season with Lambert whacking in the goals, Fonte making defending look as easy as breathing and Pardew at the helm orchestrating it all. COYR!

Agree with Wilko, I don't want the Lib Dems to strike a deal with anyone if it means that we compromise on PR. For the Libs to get almost 7m votes at this election and get only 54 seats is ridiculous, the system needs to change. I understand that with proportional representation, parties such as UKIP and BNP will get more power, but they will still be minority parties in the grand scheme of things, and I doubt that any of the main political parties would take any notice of them in the house of commons.
