  1. Wish I'd kicked him in the knee when I saw him in Ibiza now...
  2. hat-trick for me - found my ZDS final ticket in the garage at the weekend (and my copy of the pink for Franny's goal) MLT's goal in the game he missed the pen against Forest for was superb
  3. The Pizza button in the hotel looks interesting!
  4. Boutros Boutros Ghali
  5. Given Gary Neville pointed this out numerous times last season on his excellent match analysis I'm wondering if he's slowly undermining Woy and maybe that will see Rickie in the line up more often...
  6. Still on cloud 9 about last night btw - my son had a grommets operation yesterday morning which meant that I unfortunately woke him up when I went totally mental when Rickie scored!!! The man is a legend and an inspiration
  7. I think Lambert could play as an attacking midfielder as well to be honest, so you could take 5 strikers with that in mind if needed. We will win the world cup from a corner with Carroll, Lambert, Welbeck, Jones etc. crowding into the box ;-)
  8. Does Mil the Yid still post?

    Go home

For me, it's not racist at all. However it's a great example of Big Brother "we're watching you minions" type thinking, and I don't like that...

When Nigel Farage says "it's all a bit too nasty" then maybe it is
  11. Really? We did in the 90s. Or the hilarious nickname Southampton Nil
  12. Shearer. he was a goalscoring machine
  13. i lold
  14. Sounds like you're speaking from experience
  15. I recently read somewhere about the chap sent in to turn (I think) Fairline boats around. He started by looking in the boatyard skip and he found 90 metres of very expensive cable of a particular type on a loom in the skip. He looked at the books and discovered that every boat needed 10m of this wire, so for every boat they ordered a 100m loom (minimum size), cut off 10m and binned it. I did make me wonder if wastage of this sort took place at companies like Saints (to try and make this Saints related).
  16. grasping a story out of nothing - I read the report - it's a warning to all prem clubs
  17. booo, my boat manufacturer has become MG Rover
  18. Hoddle for chairman Dalek?
  19. Same as me last Jan - know how hard it is - thoughts are with you. Last time I cried was around Christmas as it was the first one without her around. I don't buy all the masculinity crap - I barely ever cry (cried once during the whole thing at the funeral) as I hate it, but I also feel emotionally stunted therefore rather than "strong" or whatever
  20. I don't (I've wasted 2 of 3 posts on this - we'd better not sign Messi today)
  21. Nope. I think we'll be fine. I think Newcastle might collapse though, and after the pasting they get from the fascist maybe the Sunderland players will give it up as well. Anyway Dalek, do what I did and bung a tenner on at 100 to 1 (or bung 50 quid on - 5 large would sweeten the pill of relegation)...
  22. He was in the room next to my wife's Grandad in the White House until recently - the poor bugger looked terrible and I would say it's a blessed relief in many ways (much like when my mum went last year - I'm not saying that without a similar experience). I did tell him I'd seen him score at Wembley and it got a bit of a reaction - RIP Kev
  23. Personally, I'm almost pleased about this being a thrashing as hopefully it'll give the club a kick up the arse after last weeks complacency as well. I don't think we'll go down - after today I expect at least 2 more points and I don't see Wigan winning 4 straight games... Anyway, Newcastle fans are the ones that should be ****ting it - we have had a bad result, they are on a bad run...
  24. Bangles is a good curry from memory.
