My cat suffers from epilepsy and she had a fit at 3:30am this morning. I commented on this on the weekend fred as it put a downer on the otherwise good weekend and people have been taking the peace since.

Having teeth extracted is slightly different to a fit though TBF AV. A fit is uncontrollable, comes out of the blue and is part of an illness. Which in all fairness is not fully understood. Therefore, I worry that one day, she may not fully recover, or worse still pass away. Arranging for teeth to be extracted is an operation, whereby 99% of the time, everything goes as planned so nothing has to be worried about. I mentioned it, as it was a significant part of my weekend and I was contributing to teh weekend fred. I did not start another thread about it and expect comments to be passed on regarding it. I also mentioned it to show Jill, she was not alone in having a sheet weekend due to an unfortunate event regarding a pet. The 'go faster stripes' as you call them are where he either had a blood sample taken, or they gave him aneasthitic (sp). And while we all have our innernet personas, I for one, would never joke about someone elses pet being ill or dying, for fear of Karma making it happen to one of mine (if Karma is such a thing)

Yeah I find that. Happy Birthday wishes from people you only added as friends as you used to go to school with them etc. Seems there are a lot of people who are obsessed with Facebook. People sending 'Join our blood wars vampire game group' and sheet like that, why bother? You wanna play computer games, get a PC/Xbox/Wii/PS3 FFS! Someone I know seems to update his status about 10 times a day via his phone. That is gimpy IMO. I use Facebook to check out pictures of hot female mates, upload and laugh at pictures of me and my mates and arrange footy and poker. Anyway, rant over. Happy bday JS

meh f*ck it. If someone came on here saying their pet or even family member was ill or died, I would send my condonances, not take the peace. Although, I guess thats where some people have morals and know TMS is only just a forum. And before you come back saying TMS is just a forum, dont take it so seriously, we know certain topics are not to be joked about, for example racism. So if you can comprehend this, then surely those same morals can be used when someone is clearly upset/uncomfortable with something? You wouldnt take the peace out of your mate down the pub if his cat/dog got ill would you? So why different here?

I have never once said that Pompey have a high wage squad with no resale value. Only 50% of that statement is true, luckily for you that is. I do not think you will go into administration, but there will be IMO a firesale which will see the likes of the mentioned players leave to a) chip into that huge debt of yours and b) reduce the unsustainable wage bill. While having the mispleasure of walking behind a fatty-boom-boom today, I made an observation. Most obese people tend to waddle penguin style rather than walk. Most normal weight people walk (more often than not) with both feet pointing directly infront of them (North if you liken yourself to a compass). Fat people tend to walk with their right foot facing more a North East direction, with their left foot facing a North West position. They also 'curve' their arms around them in a low level discus motion too. Looks funneh

Simple ID (Driving Licence / Passport) should see to a wasted journey on their part. If they are too lazy to answer the phone, then they will soon learn after forking out mileage to the baliffs! Also, maybe worth getting a credit check (Experian / Equifax) done on you. This will show people linked to your address, as there is a possibility, that someone maybe using your address to rack up debt without the fear of being chased for it when they have no intention of paying it back. Plus by doing the check, you can (if you find this to be the case) apply to Experian for a notice of dis-association so that should you apply for a mortgage / credit card / loan etc etc etc in the future and it be declined (due to potential bad credit registered against your address) they can see that 'Joe Bloggs' i not associated with you and your credit score will not be affected. Hope it works out mate.
