If there was an extra hour in the day, and you didnt have to spend it working, what would you do with it? And when would you want that extra hour to slot in? For the puspose of this exercise (yes you can say you have done some exercise this week if you complete it Scotty!) your sleep requirement would not be affected by the extra hour (i.e. apparently we need 8 hours of sleep a night to function properly, this would not change) I would sleep (even if I dont have to) in my hour and it would slot in between 6.30am & 7.30am
