Only thing that might save us this season is 3 teams worse/as bad as us. At the moment that could be: Swansea, SToke, WBA, WHU and Bournemouth. Unfortunately we have already played 3 of those at home already.

I feel for Redmond....like most of the team he looks super low on confidence and the manager is utterly incapable of getting the best out of him. Needs a spell out of the firing line for his own good.

My god.....the guy is on a different planet. Did he miss that we conceded 2 goals early in the 2nd half to go 4-0 down? Did he miss that he sent out a team to try and not lose with no real intent of trying to win? He is beyond clueless!

That is rubbish. Defensively last year (without VVD) we were extremely strong and well organized. The team was coached well - it wasn't always pretty but we were solid and lacking up front. This year we are total rubbish and good players have gotten worse - and that is down to the manager

Asked if playing 4-3-3 was a mistake (could have sworn it was 9-1) and he said no. Said the team is really good and they all need to ask themselves if they are doing enough. Very frustrated with how they played today and said squad is good but performances are not and they have to play as a team. Said that right now they all have to be as one and that this is a difficult time. Not once did he mention MP. Probably have some of what he said wrong but that was the general gist of it.

Absolutely brilliant interview with Hojberg. Guy is wise beyond his years and it is clear there are issues in the dressing room.....and not one mention by Hoj of the clueless f*****t that is our manager. No doubt Hoj's reward for playing well will be to be benched against Utd.

Only Puel wasn't incompetent. Defensive, yes - but then look at the players at his disposal. The current manager is, however, 100% incompetent.

Unfortunately I think the improved display when we tried to attack probably brought him more time. No doubt it will be back to 10-1 formation against Utd.

Says it all.....as soon as the shackles come off we look half decent. We are not good enough to defend for 90 minutes.....unfortunately I think the 2nd half will have brought the clown more time. We should just play attacking, entertaining football....not this defensive crap he has instilled. We might even win a few games. PLayers have given up - Earle and Mustoe have just said this is the worst Saints team they can remember and that the players look like they don't care. Guy is an utter clown and is like a deer caught in headlights. Incompetent, terrible tactics and baffling decisions. Never changes a game in time when other managers make changes and treatment of Boufal is an utter disgrace.....especially when that diving, whinging piece of s**t Tadic is preferred over him all the time. As soon as we take the lead you can see him urging the players to sit deep....bloody awful to watch and the team is playing like a group of strangers. Terrible, terrible mistake by Reed and co and could well cost us our place in the Prem because I just don't see how he will get us the results we need.

Players who were atrocious today were Davis and Tadic....and neither should have started but then MP is a total clueless muppet. Considering Targett has barely had a chance with the 1st team this season I thought he did pretty well. Certainly not as bad as some of the posters on here think.

I cannot believe how poor we are.....we are going backwards and this group of players should not be as bad they are playing. Looks like there is a LOT wrong at our club and changing managers won't resolve them all - but MP was an absolutely terrible appointment and we are down with him in charge. I really can't remember the last time a Saints team had me so fed up. An utterly clueless, defensive manager who is so far out of his depth yet the Board stands idly by while we sleepwalk to relegation. We have Udders on the ropes and then go back to negative, defensive tactics letting them back in the game. Wagner makes changes and the clown stands with his arms folded and reacts 15 minutes too late. This is the poorest Saints side for many a year

Davis is done....never should have been on the field in the first place. ANd then the clown makes 2 like for like subs: where the 2 subs should have been starting. ANd now Austin injured......so where will the goals come from?
