  1. Just to point out the bloody obvious, say Mancini comes here, just how long before he jumps ship? Can we cope with two successive managers leaving for Spurs after a year?
  2. I'm backing Gerry Francis, anything else and i'll be very, very melodramatic.
  3. If we do the traditional muppet thing of deciding that anyone who leaves is the enemy we'll put off people wanting to join us, i mean is everyone under the delusion that players with talent and ambition see us as anything other than a stepping stone? Is that too much of a problem if we get a decent transfer fee? As for the Argentines and the Falklands banner, no other country really gives a toss, it must rank currently quite low down in peoples thoughts for potential conflicts.
  4. With the supposed national quotas coming in does anyone believe that Liverpool are going to sign a foreign player who does the same job for a bigger transfer fee, more wages, bigger signing on fee and yet is unproven in the Premiership? We've got them over a barrel, pay up you tight fisted ****s.

  6. Fairly sure your car has a belt and no chain, on some cars the cambelt runs the water pump, alternator, A/C etc. Might be worth joining a VW forum as they'll be more help.
  7. Oh noes - Ranger central.
  8. Speaking to a farmer friend it's not as uncommon as you might think, very dangerous though. Apparently it takes a couple of weeks for the smell to go completely if you get it on your skin.
  9. Good luck Rickie, sad to see you go but what kind of **** would deny you this opportunity at this stage of your career. Mind you, if you get a penalty against us next season i'll hunt you down and batter you if you score.
  10. 24/7 news cycles really make everything look worse, as Danny Baker says about the media - if we're not scaring you, we're not doing our job. I really think Shaw and Lallana are already gone but i think its actually more important to keep Lovren and Schneiderlin for the team. We need a striker capable of scoring 15 goals a season in addition to what we have, a good replacement for Adam and a left back and central defender.
  11. It's a done deal.
  12. Never buy players based on one tournament, can anyone name a player who made their name at a tournament and stayed at that level?
  13. The main terminal is modern and air conditioned, the other terminal with the tiled ceiling is like being in a very busy sauna.
  14. Sao Paulo - Massive and all over the shop compared to Brasila and Brisbane which are organised, airy, straightforward.
  15. I couldn't take it seriously with Agustin Delgado as the soon to be President - Senator David Palmer Separated at Birth?
  16. 24 went downhill after the first series.
  17. Farage has begun to believe his own hype, he was underprepared and it showed. More homework next time methinks. That said, he's the only leader i'd have a pint with regardless of his stupid ideas.
  18. Hmm, 2 posts - which of the regular bedwetters is trying a new disguise?
  19. This is the way to go, going to IKEA etc. is all very well and good but it looks dated quickly and everybody else has the same stuff.
  20. Good luck to Guly, scored some great and important goals, cult legend
  21. Wrong, Wrong, Wrong! Always use the portaloos just before you go to bed, they will be cold and won't smell! If you use them when you wake up you'll most likely have to queue and they will have started warming up and smelling. Also you can never have enough wet wipes!
  22. The classic album would be the Black Album.
  23. The problem is that UKIP attracts the 'regular' man on the street type of person who wants controlled immigration but also racists, not of their own design but they have a massive image problem which they havn't really tried hard enough to address. Plus they're seen as a single policy party, anybody who's not a UKIP follower care to name any of their other policies? Whilst Farage is very engaging and knows how to use the media to his advantage he is the party, if Farage had died in that plane crash i think UKIP would have died along with him, they need to try and get away from him being the sole 'face' of the party.
  24. Much like an UKIP a response with grandstanding and posturing but very little in the way of detail to explain what's 'pony' about it? I'll give you some time to scramble around the web to get an answer/opinion you can pretend is yours, i don't even mind if you try to manipulate the answer into something jovial so we can all have a chuckle.
