Summer 2012 HCDAJFU Thread - Premier League Special Edition

I'm guessing they mean €20M is the cost of the transfer and wages? I don't know why everyone is getting so excited, it's obviously ********. -
In that case, i throw my vote in for TDD
-
Nothing against TDD, but would he be able to moderate whilst at sea? If yes, why isn't he concentrating on the task in hand?
-
I'd like to nominate myself, i don't hate anybody on the forum, is that enough?

I never understand why they don't target a player at the end of the previous season and do the deal as soon as possible, it's obvious we need a handful of players yet it feels like any time the squad has to knit is being wasted, i don't see how any players will settle into the squad with the season just around the corner. It's not just NA either of the NC regime, it just seems to be the SFC way.

Just a heads up from another forum I frequent; I checked my credit card statement this morning and saw a £10 deduction from Completesave.co.uk. I checked my purchase history and could not find any transactions with Completesave or any variation of this name. I then checked my back statements and found in May and June 2012, £10 deductions were also made from my account by Completesave. When I phoned Completesave and spoke to customer services, I was informed that in March I purchased a Ryanair flight and by agreeing the terms and conditions I had also agreed that my credit card details would be passed to a third party company (in this case Completesave) and I am liable for subsequent membership charges. When I checked Ryanair's website again, I found the information is tucked away in a paragraph in tiny no.4 font. It appears that there is a separate "tick box" buried within the Ryanair terms and conditions, but that the default is that the box is ticked, and one has to untick the box when booking otherwise the card details used for the booking will be passed to Completesave who will then start charging you £10 per month for "membership". So, if you're going to book with Ryanair take care to uncheck the relevant box, and if you have booked with Ryanair and didn't notice the checkbox, it might be wise to check your card statement for unexpected charges.

That's Ellen Hoog

Women's Hockey NZ Vs. Netherlands - It's like a Lynx advert, i'm not sure my blood pressure can take this many fit women on TV at the same time! Hoog for Holland is 9/10:D

A whole pig was until quite recently £100 from Bookers cash & carry. All you need is a couple of sawhorses, a solid metal pole and a small area where you can build a fire pit. Job Done.

The stand non-plipper key probably doesn't have a chip fitted to it, the humming noise might be the heater motor if it's not turned off.

Who Is The Worst Company you Have Had The Misfortune To Have To Deal With
swannymere replied to Gemmel's topic in The Lounge
Dyson are great, had a vacuum for 5 years, it started to look tired and wasn't working quite as well as it should so used the Dyson website to get a 'service/overhaul' done by one of their mobile engineers at a fixed cost of just under £80, was left with a vacuum looking like new with a brand new motor, nothing wrong with that. -
Can you give an example of your first point? I've never heard her boast about her background, and on the second point she's actually correct.

I thought that was common knowledge, they would have fantastic looking children.

a man, would Gary Lineker have a job? She's been bloody brilliant during the Olympics whilst Lineker has been a great impression of a sack of spuds. Who else has impressed you on the commentary teams? Cavendish, Michael Johnson are two others.

How much do you think TBH wants to stick it out, forum whipround?

Brilliant video although a little headache inducing. Shuttle Launches

Well the other teams fooked that right up, they let the most unpopular man in cycling cruise to an easy win, bet the Germans are kicking themselves now. Hey ho, now the womans road race Allez the Cookie Monster
-
Not compared to big races in Europe, the riders are used to it. The classic is somebody taking a photo in the road and not realising how fast the peloton is going.

Touch gets very boring after episode 3, not worth sticking with IMHO.

So should us muggles not be paid or pay cash in hand when everybody in the higher tax brackets routinely pay the minimum amount of tax possible. Should we feel guilty for cheating the tax system

If true then somebody should wrap John Squire in cotton wool and not let him near any bicycles.
