  1. If its diesel remember that diesel vehicles don't need a charged battery to run, so if its knackered or the alternator wasn't charging it then there may have been just enough juice to unlock and lock the doors but not to turn the starter over. Halfords used to sell a little thing that attached to the battery and would tell you if the battery was knackered or if the car was running if the alternator was charging.
  2. Take it to the vet, they'll give you some pills if its got a UI
  3. Even you can't be falling for that load of ********, or can you?
  4. Currently deciding between marmite and raspberry jam. Hopefully.
  5. Bad feeling they're going to beat the rap, c**nts.
  6. You do know they're going to wriggle out of it, don't you? Everyone seems to be under the assumption that they're toast, i still can't see them losing the case. Hope i'm wrong.
  7. Looking on the bright side she's brought 8 YES 8 children into the world who unfortunately will be as mental as she is.
  8. Yep, they cam back in June and his father bought them both the new home shirts, they wear them with pride in and around Thornlands/Redlands near Brisbane.
  9. On a separate note does anyone know where i can get a good quality photo or poster of Mick Channon doing 'the windmill' celebration?
  10. Is it too much to ask that after Saints play a banner is put up across the top of this section of the forum with the score and scorers? I really don't want to trawl through loads of opinionated crap to try and hunt the score down. Is it really too much too ask?
  11. I'm so proud! just like to share the fact that my 7 year old godson Toby who emigrated with his parents to Thornlands near Brisbane a year ago has started celebrating his goals for his junior team in a Mick Channon style windmill, along with the shout of 'There's only one Mick Channon!'. Despite none of the other kids and even his coach knowing who Mick is (probably tbh including Toby) it made my heart swell with pride
  12. The Eclipse always used to do the best pint of Guinness for miles!
  13. Didn't they check with the Airline a couple of weeks before the flight? I always do, why take the chance? And whilst it's annoying its hardly the end of the world, they could have left them behind!
  14. Brutus, Neptune or Bentley
  15. Tammy or Suki
  16. They've literally got away with murder, what an utter disgrace.
  17. Plymouth is probably better for a 22 year old although it is the west country's equivalent of portsmouth. Exeter is lovely but probably aimed a bit more at people in their later 20's early 30's, however it does have a Uni which is bound to be rammed full of young, innocent and gullible young ladies!
  18. Sorry, my vote goes for the new £1M Aston Martin.
  19. When i was in Australia last year i went to Dorrigo National Park to see the Rainforest, driving up a mountain we drove around a bend and this bloke went whizzing past on a long skateboard and he was wearing motorbike leathers and a helmet, balls of bloody steel!
  20. I thought you said a SL55 AMG, that's a SLK55 AMG completely different!
  21. My mate (also a Saints fan) moved to Redlands Bay area last September, i went at Christmas it was very humid but just a brilliant place. He bumped into a Saints fan at a farmers market in the area at the weekend!
  22. I'm not a parent but i think it comes down to laziness on the parents part, they can't be arsed to take the long and difficult route of being a parent and instilling discipline and respect they instead take the easy option of avoiding confrontation and tantrums by giving into their kids and letting them get away with stuff.
  23. In my experience of working with kids the vast majority (at least 85-90%!) are lazy, scheming, stupid and thoughtless - and all of this is down to the parents. You get 1 in 10 that has been brought up in a home enviroment where they are expected to help their parents around the house and garden and they have common sense which sadly the rest are completely lacking. The rest are brought up by parents who think the sun shines out of their arses, spoil them rotten and don't expect them to do anything for themselves, they don't help clean, washup, wash clothes, walk dogs or help in any way whatsoever and it shows.
  24. Hunters Inn - Swanmore Quite alot of play equipment for the kids.
