  2. They've literally got away with murder, what an utter disgrace.
  3. Plymouth is probably better for a 22 year old although it is the west country's equivalent of portsmouth. Exeter is lovely but probably aimed a bit more at people in their later 20's early 30's, however it does have a Uni which is bound to be rammed full of young, innocent and gullible young ladies!
  4. Sorry, my vote goes for the new £1M Aston Martin.
  5. When i was in Australia last year i went to Dorrigo National Park to see the Rainforest, driving up a mountain we drove around a bend and this bloke went whizzing past on a long skateboard and he was wearing motorbike leathers and a helmet, balls of bloody steel!
  6. I thought you said a SL55 AMG, that's a SLK55 AMG completely different!
  7. My mate (also a Saints fan) moved to Redlands Bay area last September, i went at Christmas it was very humid but just a brilliant place. He bumped into a Saints fan at a farmers market in the area at the weekend!
  8. I'm not a parent but i think it comes down to laziness on the parents part, they can't be arsed to take the long and difficult route of being a parent and instilling discipline and respect they instead take the easy option of avoiding confrontation and tantrums by giving into their kids and letting them get away with stuff.
  9. In my experience of working with kids the vast majority (at least 85-90%!) are lazy, scheming, stupid and thoughtless - and all of this is down to the parents. You get 1 in 10 that has been brought up in a home enviroment where they are expected to help their parents around the house and garden and they have common sense which sadly the rest are completely lacking. The rest are brought up by parents who think the sun shines out of their arses, spoil them rotten and don't expect them to do anything for themselves, they don't help clean, washup, wash clothes, walk dogs or help in any way whatsoever and it shows.
  10. Hunters Inn - Swanmore Quite alot of play equipment for the kids.
  11. Speaking as a fat person can i ask, were you bullied at school?
  12. They're 2 piece for concealment, like to see them take them off 500 kids!
  13. I've got 500 Saints badged Vuvuzelas to give away, does anyone know when the first match with free entry for kids is?
  14. That'll be a meeting of minds.
  15. The Frog and Frigate - Always a drunken mess!
  16. These cars don't really hold their value because so many were sold and the size of the engine, you can buy a 6/7 year old s-class that cost nearly £60k or more new for less than £10k for the same reason. As log as you buy before any wannabees get their mits on them and don't adhere to the service schedules, black the windows out and stick ridiculous wheels on you're ok.
  17. Just to put you out of your misery BMW don't make a 9-series, they do make a 1,3,4,5,6 and 7 series cars currently.
  18. The 'people that know' on my Mercedes forum quite like this, the only thing that would be a problem for me would be the big engine if car tax increases, aside from that it looks good. http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1768567.htm
  19. Ford Focus from £687 not sure about air conditioning and Ford Mondeo from £866 through Expedia
  20. Brand new and depreciating fast, what will it be worth in 3 years time? At worst the Mercedes will be worth exactly the same as what you've paid for it. You could get a higher mileage Mercedes for around £8k or take a look at a CLK for around £8k also, Audi A4's are the same money as are decent spec BMW 3 series.
  21. I've seen this car, it's quite well specced and it's low mileage and comes with the very rare hardtop (on a good day worth £2k on eBay). Worth a look and possibly a sound investment although most buyers would prefer the 300 or 320 model. http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C163805/ Another but in a dull colour http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C166851/
  22. Great cars that are starting to appreciate in value, best to source one through one of the Mercedes forums like http://www.MBClub.co.uk as they will be able to spot a great car from a mile off and will also point out any dud's. These car are definitely undervalued by the majority of the trade but the really good ones are starting to fetch good prices.
  23. Sorry, but they were not even the best headline act of the weekend let alone in the history of the festival. ALOT of people trashed them including the media who normally blow smoke up there arses. The only other band who've fallen flat on their faces were Oasis, twice.
  24. If Mr.Fifty Pence Head ever plays for or club again i will be forced into sending the club a bill for the therapy i'll need, still get the shakes every time i get a 20 or 50 pence in my change.
