Gao Gao Where ever you may be my favourite chinese is 193 It comes with noddles, and fried seaweed, and we come with agents and rampant greed.

It basically means you're keeping your options open. Ironically pre 20th century it was the standard for many societies, the greeks and romans would famously sleep with anything with a pulse. I think, i remember the history properly, it was the good old victorians that started to introduce sexual norms as part of their overtly (i suppose you'd say today extremist) christian philosophies. As for the first post i couldn't really give a flying f*ck what adults do, but as with religion or anything else don't impose it on children. They've not formed a strong enough sense of self yet and can be easily influenced, especially by parents.

At the start of the summer i was told if we were bought out VVD wouldn't be sold whatever the offer. Obviously a hell of a lot of water has gone under the bridge now but it'll be vey interesting to see if that's the case as apparently it was a condition to sale.

The Liebherr's were fantastic for this club, not just in the money they put in to save us but in the way they ran it, connecting with the community and not going down the route of overspending at every opportunity (well apart from a couple of seasons when the mad midget was unchecked).

Come on mush i know you're a septic but i thought you were more in touch with our sense of humour than that!

Well yes he does, in fact his version of it is now added to the OED because language is transient and changes generation to generation http://www.telegraph.co.uk/education/10240917/Uproar-as-OED-includes-erroneous-use-of-literally.html In fact it's totally acceptable to say something like, his inability to understand nuance is literally the definition of autism.

I think despite most peoples arguments on football forums and in real life everyone roughly knows the size of clubs and in many ways it's not actually to do with success as much as perceived size. For example are Chelsea bigger than Arsenal, United and Liverpool. Of course not. Are the Skates bigger than us, of course not. Are Sunderland bigger than Newcastle? Probably not. Are Wolves bigger than Villa, again of course not. Everyone knows roughly the size, there's a few mentalists of course, the type the argue Saints are bigger than Everton, or Brighton fans claiming they're somehow bigger than Palace, but the truth is the football hierarchy for most goes back to about the 60s and beyond that's only really a handful of people that remember much of it.

God was it really that short a period of time? So sad for someone that restored our pride, rescued our club and gave us a sense of purpose and confidence we'd been missing for years.

Mark Wright is still head and shoulders the best center back I've ever seen play for saints. It's just this forum has a lot of younger fans on it so they don't remember him Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

BIG decision time for the club now, sell to Liverpool and **** off the majority of the support and possibly undermine any future negotiations you have with other clubs around sales, sell to another club for less money or force the player to stay and possibly upset the balance of the squad. In my opinion this is the hardest decision the board have had to make since we got promoted.

Ticket office seems to have upped their game this season, both games i've bought tickets for (brentford and huddersfield) have seen the tickets posted out to me within a week of purchasing. Have to say i'm pleasantly surprised given the multitude of f*ck ups that normally happen with them

Genuinely hate those dipper c*nts and if any of them reading this (we know you are) i hope if we have to sell we sell to anyone but liverpool, though i'd actually prefer it if we just let him rot in the reserves. If there's one club in the premier league i'd like to see fail it's those victim c*nts. I even want Everton to finish above them and their harold shipman lookalike, yewtree dressing manager to get sacked.
-
That and the fact he was a little turn faced c*nt and had been since the season we were relegated from the championship to league one.
-
Not directly, but definitely indirectly.
-
my feeling is that we'll end up in the world of option 3, since unless Liverpool are happy to stump up a significant chunk of £75m upfront then we're not going to want to do business with them (and i don't think they'll do that), and on top of that no other club so far has put in a bid that's matched what we want.
-
Liverpool are not the only club interested in VVD by any stretch, the issue is that NO ONE matches our valuation.
-
Have to say i'm surprised how quickly these are selling, logged in a second ago to get mine and 1 block had sold out already and the other two blocks were about half way sold, think the club may well have sold more had they taken the larger allocation.

Was there from his debut to his testimonial (still one of the most emotional nights I've experienced at a football ground). Utterly privileged to have experienced it and he's a credit to the game with the way he spent time with fans and never got ahead of himself or gave into ego. How England never built a side around him I'll never know. The season with Bally in charge he was completely unplayable and the best I've ever seen in the flesh. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

To be fair if who you know is who I think it is, my link is via my sister, I get why (and when) it ended. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Internet famous! These are your 15mins Monk, milk it, milk it for all it's worth!
-
To be fair if Monk is right that's one hell of a turnaround to everything i've been told in the last few weeks, because not even a week ago the noise coming out of the club was that we wouldn't sell to Liverpool under any circumstances.
-
Are you sure they're still doing that this season? Can't say i've seen it advertised anywhere
-
If it doesn't i'll be amazed! Reckon general sale to be honest.
-
Club said there'll be an announcement this week when i asked them. I'm actually surprised by the number of people making noises about going to this, normally i'd assume it'd be a slow sale one and tickets easily making general sale but a lot of people i speak to seem to be planning on doing it.
