  1. What an embarrassment of a team selection. Ralph trying to "prove a point" against the Premier League for the fixture pile up? Shameful.
  2. Does he have a song yet?
  3. He's a nutcase if that's true. He won't get a better club than us at the current level he's playing at. Unless he knows he doesn't deserve to play for us and is being altruistic.
  4. We'll definitely lose, it's just about whether or not we can put up a decent fight for the full 90. An excellent first 20 minutes followed by another pathetic second half will be unbearable, but it feels inevitable.
  5. Indeed and the worst part is that they're still continuing. Ralph hasn't had the wherewithal to change it. 😩
  6. Sweet so as long as someone on our team has the ball we can do whatever the f*ck we like to other opposition players in the box. Good to know, let's get hacking.
  7. So it's three of Norwich, Newcastle, Burnley, Watford and Saints. F**king hell
  8. The residents will need at least 3 or 4 bars downstairs to keep them entertained. Perhaps a Wembley Boxpark type venue. Make it happen.
  9. Feels like it has happened a few times there, the bastards.
  10. Imagine if we get something today 😄 If by some miracle we manage to get a draw it'll probably come via a last minute Arsenal equaliser just to leave us all pissed off.
  11. "Unexplained fires are a matter for the courts, Canyonerooooo" 😂
  12. In the league I would have been mildly (very mildly) amused, but in the FA Cup who gives a toss. They honestly don't even come into my thinking unless someone posts about them on here. Would probably rather have had them win so we could draw them again.
  13. Yes both suspended. Salisu was booked for throwing the ball TOWARDS where the foul was given. Yellows should absolutely be appealable. We have VAR but can't appeal moronic yellows? With a full team I would have fancied at least a point at Arsenal. With 2 keepers, 2 CBs, Romeu & Armstrong missing, we'll lose.
  14. Which game? Everton away?! You're being generous 😄
  15. Of course it's also down to what is said. Managers need to motivate their players, get them in the right frame of mind, prepare them for tough situations (against 10 men shouldn't be that tough though FFS). Ralph clearly is unable to do that (along with the other things you mentioned too).
  16. Agree with you about Ralph but Ely came on and made a cracking challenge to be fair to him. Got booked for it of course.
  17. Not such a stupid stat. It shows how many times we've gone ahead and thrown it away. I agree the game isn't won before the final whistle blows but it's still damning.
  18. Generally speaking I'm a fan of Ralph but anyone who refuses to blame him for our 2nd half performances since he has taken over is living in cuckoo land. As someone else said, as soon as it was 1-0 at half time we knew what was going to happen. History repeats itself with this team and manager.
  19. If you can no longer double up for 50p near Northam Itchen corner then I ain't buyin'
  20. Forster is not a wonderful keeper, but if he can't get into the team after that performance from Macca then there's no point in having reserve keepers.
  21. The second goal almost looked like he let it in on purpose (I know he didn't, MLG).
  22. Have a cuppa tea, breathe deeply for a while and come back on here when you've got your head together.
  23. Well we tried. A decent game and Burnley aren't a terrible side. Would've won had it not been for Redmond being Redmond. Think if Broja didn't get injured we probably would have had enough to win it. His going off killed it for us. Stu Armstrong hasn't got back into the swing of things yet. He gave the ball away 2 or 3 times in dangerous positions. Disappointed not to win but overall not bad.
  24. Just goes to show how not all stats are worth paying attention to or prove anything useful. He's not very good. Just watch us play and you'll see that. Stats aren't everything. Bet he has a great XG
  25. He created a great atmosphere around the whole club, got us playing excellent and exciting attacking football and got us through the Championship at the first time of asking. He did have a decent squad, that's true. Big Nige fan. Would welcome him back at the club in some capacity. Ambassador, youth coach, motivational speaker!
