I was getting baked in Reading yesterday (hot not weed) and did catch a few minutes of the game in the Hollywood Bowl. Looked boring and was actually thankful I got to enjoy the weather in pub gardens on a scorching day. Obviously so pleased for Hull too, I always said if they'd beaten us in the final I'd applaud them. Even sweeter that they beat the crybabies. The saga is probably far from over but at least now we can concentrate on removing the stigmas and rebuilding.

There are other managers who would do just as good as job. The question is finding them and I don't trust SR to do that. But that doesn't mean Tonda shouldn't go. I feel a bit sorry for him and the higher up powers are equally to blame for this but his position has become untenable. We will lose a good manager, yes, and our loss will be someone else's gain, but we have to move forward from this saga. If, and it's moot now, the outcome had been a big fine and points deduction, then maybe my choice would have been different, but to be kicked out one of the biggest fixtures in English football and lose our chance of the Prem... that's where it changes. Players will leave because of this and that saddens me just when we were putting a decent team together.

It's a no brainer. His reputation has been ruined. Sure he's done well for us, the first manager we've had that gave us some positivity since Ralph (I'm excluding Russ because he's a prick) which is why people might want to keep him, and he seems to wind up opposition fans who think he's an alien but he cost us promotion and for that he must go. Nah, he'll be busy over the summer trying to assemble a Saints squad as our new gaffer.

Squad rests on Tuchel's head and only he can make the decisions but he'll also be the first to go if we go out in the group stage. I don't think it's a good squad at all but that's just my opinion and, as a result, they will probably go on and win the World Cup.

Around the time of Blackburn winning the League there was a kid at school who would just switch allegiance to whichever team was the best in the country.
