If we win every game i think it'll be either us or Ipswich for second, seeing as we play them. They'd only need to slip up once for us to come second probably on GD. But I can't see it happening. As long as we nail a play-off spot and we go into the play-offs injury free and in form, we will have a great chance of winning them again. That's more than I thought we'd get a month ago, when I felt we'd just fall short of them and finish 7th.

He's definitely in the running, he's improved the position, and defence, no end, and there has been precedent for a January signing to get POTS after Andrew Davies, but I'm more inclined to go with someone that has been with us all season. Same principle with Bree who hasn't been with us all season. Yes Leo has 14 goal involvements to Azaz's 18 but Leo is just so good to watch.

Rotation back to what is probably our best team on paper. No discredit to Kuryu who has been excellent lately, and Larin who has really added something in attack, plus Charles and Manning who have been good lately too, but on paper, for me, that is our strongest team. On paper that is, as that doesn't take into account form as, bar Arsenal, Fellows hasn't shone of late and Jander isn't hitting the same heights as earlier in the season. But put that team out and I can't see anything other than a win. The fact we have a good player for pretty much every position must make Tonda's life more difficult as to whom to pick and when. But a nice dilemma at the same time.

IMO it's between Downes, THB, Azaz and Leo. Leo wins it for me. Kill anyone interested in him in the summer.

Lamps nailed on winner though Hull manager has performed miracles. Our early season form has probably put paid to one of our players being nominated but it's possible one or two will make the team of the season. THB, Azaz, Downes and Leo must be in with a shout although maybe looking at it through rose tinted specs.

I was reading an article about Tonda and his past in analytics and prior coaching. The bloke studies everything. No wonder nobody knows much about his personal life, he probably doesn't have one as he seems wedded to the job. I wouldn't put it past him doing a job on Man City, even if it's the class of player that sees City through. I was unsure about him for a while but I have seen the light. Give him a long contract.
