  1. God Hazard is good when he wants to play
  2. Glad I'm not the only one (even with my Saints tinted specs on) who thought that there was clear interference by Kane.
  3. Goal of the season - Cuco
  4. Let's be realistic about this. We have done what we have had to do since the New Year since losing to Norwich. Since then we have Chelsea , Bournemouth and Leicester. There is one result there that you wouldn't have said was acceptable but taking as a whole, since Norwich - 11 wins, 3 draws, 3 loses. 36 points from 17 games. An average of 2.118 a game. That's just over 80 points if extended over a 38 game season. It was while the summer transfer windows was open and the lead up to the winter one (save for Arsenal at home) that has left us too much to do and relying on others to slip up. So given our poor position earlier on, in reality we have done well.
  5. It might... Bournemouth win? Well, given the performance from last night, I think anyone might fancy their chances. Chances are that Utd will win, but you never know what is going on at the club. Maybe the players want shot of LVG and think that a loss might hasten it. But then can still finish about Man C who have to go to Swansea who have had a couple of cracking results recently. WHU to not win at Stoke? A very real possibility depending which Stoke turns up. Last game of the season at home you would expect them to do something. Liverpool to not win one of their games? Chelsea apart from the Sunderland result have been pretty good this 2nd half of the season. Depends also which side LFC (and I guess also CFC) put out to play. WBA away on the last day is something that they should be able to sort out easily enough, so it comes down to tonight. And us to beat Palace. All 4 happening....doubtful.
  6. Pretty stupid of him. I had typed up that I thought that I knew what he actually meant, but then I re-read it, and it was so weak that I thought it far better to not even go down that line. But as for the Liverpool supporters complaining about being insensitive (rightly so in this instance), they obviously don't worry about the double standards they have with their attitude towards the 1958 Munich air crash.
  7. It's never going to be replayed behind closed doors at a neutral venue. I do think though that the baying mob attacking the bus had to have had an effect on the players, so while he might be right about that (I disagree with intimidating the officials) the fall out would be just too big. Lawyers no doubt would be rolled out, and the whole thing would be messy, so much easier to let things stand.
  8. http://www.kingstonguardian.co.uk/sport/football/14483455.Winger_admits_Crystal_Palace_players_will_try_to_protect_themselves_against_Southampton/?ref=rss Couple of hefty early tackles should go someway to help them.
  9. He had Jesus Perez with him.
  10. If only we beat Wet Spam away.
  11. Impressed Woy?
  12. **** me Man Utd are shîte
  13. A draw might be OK for us to finish above Spam as we are above them by 1 on GD. But 1-2 is OK.
  14. Well no player yet has been born this century. Not far off it. When that happens I'll feel old.
  15. You reckon Carroll will still be standing in the 95th??
  16. He was complete and utter donkey shîte. Wandered around aimlessly and did sweet FA. Maybe it is a warning to the big boys to be careful buying our players.
  17. hahahahahhahhhahhahhahaha
  18. I've got the sound turned off on Sky Go and watching the Matrix on ITV2
  19. Can see Palace winning the FA Cup at this rate
  20. "A good match at Southampton is perhaps seen as bad at Manchester." Maybe, but the performance he is putting in tonight would have him subbed before half time at Southampton.
  21. You just know that he is going to score a couple and Woy will cream himself.
  22. God ManU are bad given what they've got to play for.
  23. ****ing hate West Ham. I've tried to be ambivalent about them, but I can't. Jumped up *****s. But in the scheme of things, they still fall behind Spurs but tie maybe with Liverpool.
  24. And let's not forget Thursday night's massive game - Portsmouth vs Plymouth.
  25. What a cock these people are.
