  1. Fine, but it will be interesting to see if WHU can keep Payet and whether we can keep Mané.
  2. Quote: The 24-year-old – signed from Salzburg for £11.25million – was a target for Manchester United last summer. Saints have rejected any prospect of a move, but a bid around £17m could secure him. Haha. £17m - right.
  3. CB - favour please. With your sarcasm, can you use an exclamation mark or two?
  4. Now Utd can **** off.
  5. If we didn't have anything riding on the result, I would have given up watching this game a long time ago.
  6. You forgot the bit about those players agitating for a move and not being in the right frame of mind to put in a shift.
  7. Fortunately I slept through the first 20 minutes.
  8. Reckon Utd will go on to win (hope that is a jinx)
  9. They need Pelle to deal with the back 8. Fellaini is big enough, but he doesn't play far enough forward.
  10. Wish they would get rid of all the bull**** before the game and just get on with it.
  11. [video=youtube;dEmy6c6d-QU] better than the Anfield rap.
  12. Oooh Crab I see a PR opportunity.
  13. You should post more and I am sure that when you do come over, that a ticket can be found.
  14. More likely to be competing with WHU than CP, next season or at least hope so, so WHU having the extra games over the season probably better.
  15. If we aren't good enough to get out of Q3, then we aren't good enough to participate in the group stages. This season proves that - we weren't good at the beginning of the season. I am sure that lessons would have been learnt and the bull that went on at that time won't be allowed to happen again.
  16. Very good CB.
  17. People keep on saying that he is going to get the chop. He has dismissed the links to Spurs and says that he wants to win things with Klopp This picture...!!!!
  18. glengarryleads - there is the obvious question to ask you. Being a Yank, why do you support Saints rather than the big boys, and if Saints can appeal to you, can't it to others?
  19. ...and maybe they'll keep the clown on if they win.
  20. Ah the sycophantic press seems not to include Jason Cundy on talkSport. Currently saying that he was delighted that LFC lost and ran around the office when Sevilla scored their second goal. Quite rightly, as it is the way I think, you don't want a team in our league to get stronger as it is competition for you. Lots of Liverpool supporters (was going to say Scousers but they seem to come from anywhere but Liverpool) a little upset by that. He has an interesting bit on his wiki page: Despite never being successful as a footballer and having a distinct lack of talent Cundy is often critical of current players. He has a particular disdain for Liverpool FC, which many observers put down to pure jealousy. His fame grew significantly following his retirement due to his failed relationship with his model ex-wife Lizzie.
  21. That a non sequitur. If you don't agree with a shirt manufacturer using low paid labour (I would be a little circumspect to think that they use "sweat shops") then don't buy the shirt. You have a choice. The sponsor on the shirt, is a prominent image of the club. I guess if you disagreed with a certain company sponsoring us, then you could give up supporting, but that is somewhat different to not buying a replica shirt.
  22. They can call it what they like but it will still be the Britannia. Who calls Dean Court the Vitality Stadium? Or St Mary's back in the day the Friends Provident?
  23. Liverpool FC?
