Surely, if the holding company is in administration then all of its assets are open to offers, including the Stadium company? I assume that it goes like this: The football club must be sold. All other assets are up for sale. There are buyers who are interested. Mark Fry must get the best deal for the creditors. By that reckoning a buyer will be found. All that remains is the haggling over the price.
