There are a lot of points left to play for. With this clown in charge we are clearly doomed. With someone competent however there is a small but not infinitesimal chance.

I used to enjoy going and I would arrange my life and my travels around the home fixtures but this season it's different. The boring football is bad enough but what really infuriates me are the needless, senseless mistakes which gift chances to the opposition. I've had enough.

It will be a longtime before we see any increased revenue. Certainly not in my lifetime. And we probably won't be in the Premier league for much of what I've got left.

If we had better players it would be a waste of their talents to have them playing Russball. There are much more effective systems if you want to win a game. Endlessly playing the ball around at the back gets you nowhere even if you don't make mistakes.
