  1. They'll all be away fans.
  2. No buses on New Year's day and some other public holidays. Buses are very inconvenient.
  3. I haven't examined the proposals but clearly there would need to be significant and therefore expensive transport improvements in an area which even now is isolated by rail tracks, river and built up areas. Without those it must be dead in the water or rather dead by the water.
  4. Surely they'll go for our own brilliant coach.
  5. Of course. Quickest return. Add residential to that list.
  6. The pricing was lower then. Since those days we have been priced out of our seats in the central Kingsland.
  7. "If we are relegated" 🤣😂🤣😂
  8. Compared to the other challenging clubs we are nothing special. It's a much more competitive league than the Premier. "A decent chance" is a long way from getting promoted. Defensively is where we shall struggle.
  9. Like most I was expecting a scrap. I wasn't expecting a feeble capitulation. What makes you think "we'll be winning regularly"? There are plenty of other clubs in the Championship who will have a say in that.
  10. Like Burnley, Derby, and all those other clubs who have been relegated never to rise again?
  11. "moments when we're playing well" There have been a couple of those but they were very brief moments. "we're precious close to getting it right" No we aren't. If anything we are further away than ever. It"s the gambler's falacy. 'My luck is bound to change soon so I'll keep putting my money on five at the back'. The table tells you all you need to know.
  12. How many Sulemanas would this extra income buy?
  13. 4) The vast majority of those season tickets were sold before a ball was kicked. Next season is going to be different. Do not underestimate the disillusionment amongst the previously loyal supporters. They say that once you give up your season ticket you don't get another. If Martin is still here expect a stampede.
  14. I seem to remember him saying a couple of years ago that he had a season ticket at Bournemouth.
  15. It wouldn't matter who we had up front. Under Martin we never get up there quickly enough.
  16. It looked on target from where I was sitting. Whatever, he should never have had the time and space to take it. We also have to consider the rest of the game.
  17. It's anti-football.
  18. Nobody ever stops to consider where the money is going to come from to build these homes. 300,000 extra a year at average prices must be around £75billion a year to get from somewhere.
  19. I can't see how you can say that Ipswich didn't deserve a draw. As firctheir equaliser we gave them the freedom of our penalty area and invited them to have a shot.
  20. At least one of those is easily avoided. Unless your mother in law is a fan of EastEnders in which case you're well and truly fooked.
  21. That's diabilical.
  22. Practice makes perfect... ...failure.
  23. Just a reminder here that PSR stands for 'Profit and Sustainability Rules' and not 'Turnover and Spending'. As the old saying goes, Turnover's vanity, Profit is sanity.
  24. "More than capable"? Capable perhaps.
