Saw this on twitter: We want him out, Pellegrino out, And Les Reed you can go as well. From Europeans nights, To relegation fights, We want Pellegrino Out. (To VVD tune)

Board think MP has lost the players, don't want to sack him as it admits mistake/have to pay compensation, so have put a popular figure in to try and turn it around and help MP.

Nope, just me then.

Anyone notice second half when we were attacking and the manager was telling VVD and Bertrand to push forward and they just ignored him and then Bertrand flapped his hands in a 'what do you want us to do gesture? Was odd and a little worrying...

Is that the phrase for a friends Grandson? "This is my frandson Terry, he is my friends grandson"

Welcome back Tom Still going to give the full details on the VVD situation?

I've been young. What is a laugh about throwing a bin around? Might as well put a mars bar on your head

Seems like a lot of sad old bastard, football factory types on here, wanting a bygone era when there was a risk of getting your head kicked in. Oh well, each to their own.

Have tried to work out the logic for when you use capitals and when you do not. -after a comma - why not? - 'Match Days' - why would you not use capitals for that. -'Question' in a middle of a sentence... I have nothing. Have come to the conclusion that your rants bear all the hallmarks of a serial killer in waiting.

Not very good blacked out windows then

Many thanks

Hi guys - Sat is first game I won't be at so will look to get a stream. I usually just subscribe on sportsmania when I need it through my kodi firestick - but looking through quickly, looks like some issues i.e. VPN's required etc... Can anyone advise please?

I live in the real world, I'm a club historian. It is gritty, I write my books on a f'in typewriter. And I apologise to no one.

Sky bet have suspended betting on VVD to Man City. Might mean some hefty betting from ITK's or just some chancers.

Yeah, they are trying to sell/ get investors. I think that is pretty clear and not some great mystery/ conspiracy.

AOC and Chamber similar?! AOC has 26 England caps and over 100 appearances for Arsenal. Chambers was on loan to a team who got relegated last season. Moron.

I suppose Deli Ali is your modern equivalent but plays more as a no 10. How much would he go for... £100m? Probably more...

N0bhead

He's 6 foot 1. Hardly a midget.

I know we ****ed up with the CB's, but that doesn't suddenly make Carroll a superstar. He is dump.

Bigger, stronger squads, so don't have to rush players back as much?

He came back from the success of the Euros to find the best players and the manager had left once again. He had got through this twice before but realised that with time not on his side, he didn't want to rebuild again. Benfica (his boyhood club) was the dream, so much so that he even bought a house in Portugal, whilst Benfica were keen and made an offer, Saints refused to sell him without having a replacement in place, evidently Saints had a centre back replacement lined up, but were unable to conclude the deal before the transfer window closed. Fonte felt let down as he felt he deserved his move for the loyalty that he has shown the club. Disappointed he was still under the impression that Saints would let him go to Benfica in January, he asked not to be played in European games unless it was essential. January window was looming, Benfica would not pay the price that Saints wanted, Fonte felt Saints should sell him at a reduced price to Benfica due to loyalty etc, Saints refused, next came the transfer request as he felt he'd been let down, still thinking it would be Benfica, they pulled out of the deal, West Ham and Palace were the only clubs willing to pay the price Saints wanted, he chose West Ham
