Probably the right time for him and us. Don’t buy this bad egg stuff, but who knows. Never reached the heights we all hoped, but always seemed to put a shift in and scored some important goals. None more so than THAT goal which will stay with me forever and which I’ll always be grateful. Having put my boys through the disappointment of previous Wembley finals it was special to have that rare winning feeling. Good luck Arma.

Indeed, having some bell (bound to be a poster on here!) behind me constantly berating Tadic still rings in my ears. Anyway, for me, Azaz is an excellent player, and after a difficult start (not just for him) we’re really seeing that now. Playing him as a 10 has also helped. Last game he was popping up all over the place, finding space, coming short, getting in the box, time on the ball for those killer passes etc. With Fellows and Leo wide, we should, hopefully be seeing a lot more chances and goals. Here’s hoping anyway.

Funny what happens when you play your best players, in their right position, in the right formation.

Back 4 makes sense, Stephen’s experience and will be well up for it. Bree physical and at least Wellington can defend unlike Manning. Unless Fellows has a knock that’s mental benching him. Would prefer Stewart starting up top, but at least Arma should hopefully give their slow back line a workout and we have a plan b for later. Ultimately they all need to turn up, get stuck in and give 100% otherwise it’s going to be another s show.

Definitely a shocking miss. But I think he’s been bright. Not everything coming off but he’s always looking for the ball, finding space, getting forward. Much happier with him in the 10 role.

Agree, it’s irrelevant how bad we were in the first half, atmosphere should be electric for this game. Ok in patches but nothing like the other ones I’ve been to. First one for my lads who were expecting it to be up a level from the excellent West Brom play off. They left as disappointed with the atmosphere as the result. Also worth saying though that thought the blue few were also quieter than expected. Yes it was Sunday lunchtime, yes we’ve changed the stadium layout, yes the performance was rubbish, but still no excuses.

Not sure if this is anything new as this seems to have been the case for a while. Though guess if the Leo move goes through he must be favourite to be off? Also sounds like Bree is almost done.

Have the skates not done any business at all? Interesting to see if Leicester do come in for Murphy today.
