Don;t know if it was noticed but on the pre-season videos he apologized for his performances last season and said he would work hard to improve this season!

We have made two good additions, a third possibly coming in. At the end of last season I would have suggested we need three or four max really. We have a good core and needed a few quality additions. Rather than signing players for the sake of it. I'm sure, despite the money we have spent, financial fair play will be considered too. Not wasting money on agent fees, signing on fees and transfer fees on plenty of players. We spent near on £30 m last season and have plenty of good players in the squad.

Yeah it should be the same price on the day although can't be 100% sure. Looks like 18 Euro return. Had a look at the schedule work it out exactly but my guess would be that one is a direct route and the other stops at other cities/destinations. The return one is direct to the airport whereas the departure leaves the airport and therefore probably has more destinations. Looking at a map no idea how they are doing the journey in 45 mins...

Yes mate, there is ALSA buses in Spain which is very good and cheapish. You can book it all online. The only problem you might have, that I had before, is that they sometimes don't accept British credit cards and only Spanish cards over the net. If you have any problems let me know because there are ways around it.

I have to be honest, as much as it is only a kit, I won't buy it because of the design but also the price which takes the ****. I don't identify the kit with saints, it changes every year and is a rip off. While the obvious solution is not to buy one, but while they sell in their thousands, clubs will continue to milk fans for all they can. On top of that, despite the massive extra income clubs are getting this years, the prices are the same and even more at other clubs. This season won't buy the shirt and won't go to many games because I don't like the direction things are going. But I think the point of football is that anyone can get involved play, or watch a game. Now though fans are made to feel (financially at least) that they cannot enjoy their passion. Recently there was protest against ticket prices, I personally think more needs to be done and fans make an active point to try and make a difference.

There are many things to consider: Maybe the family are unhappy with some things such as the Adkins sacking? Or maybe they think that for a £33 million investment in the squad (further backed by new training ground and share debt transfer) that we should be doing better than lower table? Cortese hasn't been perfect. But its also worth noting that when players have signed or put pen to paper on new contracts they often mention how impressed they are with Nicola and his ambitions for the club. It could be very important in helping attract new players, current targets or keeping players in the future. While I don't doubt that players look at other bigger factors, like league, playing time, manager etc it all contributes.

Guly. I actually think we have looked a better side with him in the team on the left sometimes. He has got a bit of pace, tracks back well, adds height for set pieces. He was great at Stoke away despite his miss, Lallana has been just as guilty and got far less stick on occassions, not that I want to start slating players.

I think it might help if we try and be a bit more creative or try and add something to try and get the atmosphere much better. Personally I can't stand sitting down all game in silence.

I would question him if he didn't have ambitions to play at the highest level. Every player at the club would like to play for a top four team whether they say it in public or not. Unless its a come and get me plea, he goes on strike or acts unprofessionally what does it matter.
