Yes the EPL is the promised land but TBF if I was offered 5 seasons in The Championship finishing top 6 with a couple of Wembley appearances I’d take that. I do however get that we may fall into mid table mediocrity if we don’t go up. But if we do we do because for me I just don’t enjoy what the EPL has to offer.

I want him to succeed but I’m not sure he will. Likewise next week I want to see more of the same from today not unnecessary rotation or round pegs in square holes. Unfortunately I think he suffers from this modern phenomenon of trying to be too clever for his own good.

We've some talented players which are being wasted IMHO. I've been to numerous games this season and it's dire. We're currently in the PO positions inspite of and not because of RM. Two moments of 'magic' last night, the rest of it was awful. Look at where Stoke are in the league, I think may be us in a couple of seasons - bereft of any decent players and just a mid table Championship side. It's this season or not at all and I am not sure that RM is the man to take us back to the promiosed land.
