And a large stone to stick between your legs Echo what Lighthouse says re: headphones. Imagine the noisiest concert you've ever been to, times it by 3. You will hurt, take earplugs!!!!

Firstly, taking your own seats is probably a bad idea. The main viewing areas for ga are either flat (for chairs) and everyone will stand up (so you cant see) or too steep for you to put a chair on. You can take a small handspade if you wish and dig yourself a ledge, but even then its pretty dodgy. We (me, lighthouse, justmike, and... guh, forget his username) sat at Pouhon. If you want a decent view on race day, get there EARLY! Lighthouse might be able to correct me, but I think we were there at about 8:30am, and it was already starting to fill up!. Friday and saturday youll have no problems going where you want. For parking, we found a decent private parking place on some guys land literally 100 meters from the entrance, ill dig out the exact coordinates for you for sat nav, but I think it was in stavelot village. Have a brilliant time, its an awesome circuit in a brilliant part of the world Can't wait to go back, but this year ill just have settle for Silverstone and Monza

I'm sure the schools would have no issue with me taking them out of school the thursday and friday given the cultural experience they would get. As a parent, taking them would mean the weekend was centred around them and giving them the best experience, I know they will enjoy because a) I've been to glasto enough times and b) I know my kids pretty well

Glastonbury is great for kids, and I'll be taking mine in 2 years. I wonder how many of those that say it isn't have actually been? There is a MASSIVE play area for kids, but, aside from that, Glastonbury is an ARTS festival, not a music festival. Get away from the main stages and there is plenty for the kids to see and do, I can't wait to take them because I know they'll love it.

Because I dont like someone? Makes your comment rather ironic then.

Agree, my dad did all his himself, it really isnt a hard job for even a beginner to do. I know retrospect is a fine thing, but if you're able to, get some sort of refund if it doesnt work and finish the job yourself.

If we had a less aggressive foreign policy we wouldn't need 90% of our armed forces.

If I saw 4 men breaking into my house with masks on, and my family were here with me, I would grab the biggest knife I could and stab until they left.

Are we talking 600 boxes or 600 ciggies? Sorry, as a non-smoker I'm not sure which you mean, but I used to take the journey to france by tunnel or ferry 12 times a year, for 8 years, and I regularly saw people carrying bags with more than 600 (cigs) in them.

Fair enough, if your face is that repulsive.
