  4. Those few points would keep us up, I'm pretty sure about that. But there's no point beefing about it now. Time to go out and do everything to win 2 games, whatever. Do that and none of this will matter.
  5. This is exactly where I am. Great post. Of course I'll be ****ed off when we get relegated, but I've said it many time before on here, come the start of next season 11 blokes in red and white shirts will run out at SMS and the crowd will sing and cheer again. I'll be in that crowd, it's just part of life's journey really. Cue the 'typical lack of ambition' and 'we were nearly in the European places' posts, but for me we are where we are in the football pyramid - that's life.
  6. I have to admit, I've been thinking much the same myself over the last couple of weeks. But as much as I think we should be owed a large slice of luck, there's also the old adage that you make your own luck. I do feel that certain situations have definitely cost us this season, but realistically, if we go down it's because we have been pretty dire for most of the season. All of that said - I wouldn't pass up a rather large slice of luck tonight if it were to come our way.
  7. What I make of it is that players themselves seem to rarely, if ever, take responsibility for such actions. Very easy to blame just one man, and yes you could argue that it is MH's responsibility - but its very easy to lay the blame at one mans door. It's a team game, why can't the players themselves lift morale - they are all in it together, why is it solely the responsibility of the manager. Time for some prima donas to roll up their sleeves and do some work, stop blaming everybody else - take a look in the mirror.
  8. Great story, glad you enjoyed the day. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what division we play in, once a Saint, always a Saint. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  9. In about 24 hours you'll either be inundated with offers of spares, or you won't have a cat in hells chance of getting one. No offence, but I really hope it's the latter. [emoji6] Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  10. Indeed, he may of overstayed his welcome by a couple of years, but you can't dispute he has been massive for Arsenal and English football in general. Will be interesting to see who takes over from him. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  11. Tick. (sorry Trousers I don't know how to post pictures). Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  12. Great to see that the stadium is still full. He deserves it. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  13. You haven't been to many games this season have you, fans have been anything but silent. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  14. Not only that, but they will fancy getting more from their last two games as well. It's now a the horse rescue, us, west Brom and swans. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  15. I think we've probably had more than enough upheaval for now. Although I do agree the stadium does require some refurbishment in order to spruce it up. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  16. Please don't. Even today I have nightmares about that. If only he had skyed it into row z, if only.... Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk

  22. But they all would've done if they had the same quality of players and received the same offers from the teams we did. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  23. Difficult one, stay for a relegation fight or double your wages and try and win the champions league? Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  24. I would love to see them get to the final, and see an ex Saints player score the winning goal. Come on Gareth Bale..! Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  25. Cherries fans appear very bitter on there. Can't believe that they are that hacked off with their season so far, it would seem that they were desperate to knock a nail into our relegation coffin. I actually felt sorry for some of them, give it a couple more seasons in the top flight and they'll be thinking they should be wining the European cup. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
