Saturday was a game against a relegation threatened team who are struggling to stay in this division, a team who we would be expected to beat comfortably by two goals, but we made bloody hard work of it. Totally different to playing a promotion pushing team for one of the richest prizes in football.

I really cannot see this team handling the pressure of the play offs, totally different type of football required, which I don't think suits us at all. We have an almost nonchalant slow build up style where the playoffs demand a bit of gun ho. Look at today, 3 nil down, 10 to go, and we're knocking it around at the back like there's not a problem.

Well that was a shit show from start to finish, not a single positive to take out out that. Didn't think any of the players played well and more worrying there was a lot of arm waving and shoulder shrugging when things went wrong. Not too sure this is a blip either, getting to the business end of the season where we need to handle the pressure, but we never looked like doing that today. Woeful performance, we got what we deserved, spanked.

To be fair every single player on the pitch has been poor tonight, every one of them.

I think that's why we won't get promoted. When it comes to the crunch you need to be able to handle the pressure, we can't.

Our slow passive play is all very good when we're winning, but at two nil down it is absolutely pointless. Our first shot for 20 minutes, wide.

Agree. We have to keep winning until we get to these games and then not get beat. If we take something from Sunderland, Leicester, Borough, Ipswich and Leeds we'll be rosy. The period 9 March to 1 April is crucial for us, we need to take points off those around us.

It was always going to be a game like this where it all went wrong.

Long way to go yet, Ipswich are good and will come again.
