  1. Well I did say before the game that we shouldn't be allowed on the same pitch as City, and after today we won't be again for many years I would guess. Gone without so much as a fight.... what a mess SFC is, shyte.
  2. Standard....
  3. Unfortunately it's one of those that shouldn't be allowed, football needs to be weighted like boxing now, then we wouldn't have to step on the same grass as City! Perversely I'll be pretty pissed if we get anything against this lot having already secured our demise by pissing away points against much easier opposition. Couldn't give a toss either way to be honest.
  4. What will 'we' look like by the time 'we' get there. Probably some way different to how 'we' look today, anything of quality will have long gone, it's not going to be an easy ride next year, not by a long shot.
  5. You could've made that post much, much shorter, only 3 words required...!

    Potter

Potters problems at Chelsea emanated largely from the fact that they couldn't score goals (sound familiar?). If he struggled to get goals out of the highly expensive, multi talented squad at Chelsea, how on earth would he get goals from our donkeys? It's a non starter.
  7. Be careful what you wish for, given the state of the club and squad, don't just expect some sort of magical renaissance next year. Our downwards trajectory could last for quite a lot of seasons yet before this clusterfuck is sorted out. I think there is more pain to come yet.
  8. Think of it as a blessing, we could play for another 3 days and not score.
  9. According to Alan Smith we are still well in the mix, even if we lose this one. Really?
  10. We've been down for months Chez, you know it, I know it and anybody whose been watching football for any amount of time knows it. Its an emotional game so people will hope for the miracle to happen, but in reality how often has a team recovered from this far behind?
  11. We were relegated many months ago mate. We are, and have been for some time, consistently shyte.
  12. Do people honestly still believe we will stay up after the state this club has been in over the past 2 seasons? If, by some miracle we did stay up, its going to be by virtue of 3 other teams total ineptitude, rather than anything we do. Our winnable games are long gone, our form is not about to completely change overnight.
  13. The 'Jones affect'!
  14. Feel a bit for Fulham, up until that point they have been really good, no chance now though.
  15. William for handball, manager for getting in refs ear in VAR area, Mitrivic for pushing the ref.
  16. All going off at Old Trafford, Fulham 3 reds in one incident.... lol
  17. Not only that but we need to go on a run of 3 wins in a row to pull us out and give us confidence. It's just not going to happen, I can't remember the last time we managed back to back league wins, never mind 3 in a row.
  18. Not any more!
  19. You could write exactly the same about pretty much every game this season and it would be pretty much spot on. Unfortunately the people running the club failed to address our very obvious frailties.
  20. Exactly, football is a simple game, which I believe has been overcomplicated in many areas. Time to go back to basics, simplify the gameplan. As you say, time to at least have a go, if we lost every game left 4-3 I think I'd be much happier than watching the negative shyte that we are currently playing.
  21. We'll huff and puff while they bang nails into the coffin. Why bother?
  22. He'll be there a damn site longer than that if he stays with us!
  23. Tonight was effectively this seasons 'cup final' for us and we totally blew it. We only had to beat Brentford at home to give ourselves a chance of staying up, dragging others in, and we put in yet another insipid, crap display. How we are meant to offload our deadwood before next season is beyond me, because we have an awful lot of players that nobody in their right mind is going to want.

    Ruben Selles

Ruben is not to blame for this clusterfuck, so I have no problem with him. But I don't think he is the answer going forwards, so ideally I'd like to see him replaced. Problem is it will be the imbeciles in the boardroom who need to find a competent manager to take us on, and we all know what a mess they have made thus far.
